AI platform white-labelled for an intellectual property expert firm: prior-art search for patents and trademarks in the official databases, RAG chatbot over IP law, patent drafting and document comparison assistants. Carried from architecture to a live SaaS monetised through subscriptions — on self-hosted open-source LLMs, a non-negotiable requirement on confidential IP files.

The AI copilot for Swiss accounting firms, built around a clearly identified market need: firms still spend hours a day classifying, sorting, reading and re-typing accounting documents, and hand-replying to every client email — without being able to lean on US-based AI SaaS due to FADP. Backend, AI engine and deployment carried end-to-end, in direct partnership with the pilot firm, with a multi-tenant SaaS ambition at the end.

AI educational SaaS designed and delivered end-to-end within MapBrain: any content (PDF, YouTube, audio, slides) becomes a personalized interactive learning path — multi-format generation, real-time voice tutor and full-Azure architecture on AKS — in close collaboration with the product team.

Side project built for Zéro Degrés, a refrigerated carrier in Paris and Île-de-France: replace the owner's manual evening prospecting with an n8n workflow that finds, qualifies and contacts prospects on its own. He no longer opens Google Maps — he opens a CRM already filled with scored records, with an opening email already sent to the hottest ones.
